1.Take a deep breath and appreciate nature
Looking through your window, going out and appreciating nature , like the sun rising from its horizon and the birds chirping brings a smile on one’s face it helps to relax and fills one with a sense of comfort.
2.Meditate and practice Yoga in the morning
Doing this gives you a clearer mind for the day and prepares you for every task ahead to be done in the day,
3.Exercise
when you exercise in the morning it keeps you fit and also energizes you making you active through out the day.
4. Be positive
Start up your day by being positive thinking positive even though there are tons of projects or documents to tend to at work, you must be positive. Being positive about the day keeps you in good spirit and helps you conquer whatever task ahead.
5. Breakfast
It is very important not to skip your first meal of the day, you can not start up your day with a rumbling and growling stomach, sit and enjoy a lovely meal before you carry on with your daily activities.
6.Attitude of Gratitude
You must cultivate the attitude of showing gratitude,as people like to be shown gratitude for their services, you must make sure you show gratitude to your boss at work as gratitude brings smile on the face of others.
7. Have a productivity mindset
Have the mindset of being productive throughout the day, it is good to have a to-do list where it can help monitor how productive you have been all day, you can’t let a day go by waste without being productive.
8. Be of purpose
To start up your day with purpose pushes you to push through any difficult task to be encountered in the day, inconsiderate about how big of a size it is. A purpose driven person can sail through the day with absolute ease.
9. Dress good and smell good
Dressing and smelling good boosts up your confidence , dress well and put on that cologne feeling good all day.
10. Be interactive
You do not want to start up your day avoiding human contact your, day may get boring trust me, so you may want to have a little chit chat and laugh off jokes with your colleagues at work to kick off any work related tension, giving you a conducive environment to work in.
