Traders at Suame market in the Suame municipalilty of Ashanti region on this morning embarked on peaceful demonstration against the decision of the authorities of the municipal assembly on attempt to move them from their current location.
According to them, their recent meeting held with the authorities of the assembly revealed that, the assembly has secured a loan facility from World Bank to reconstruct Suame market into a modern Market which they do agreed but not happy with shortest notice given by the assembly to vacate from their current location.
The aggrieved traders maintained that, they need details explainations about the project with the fear of not getting it back after the construction which will come with high cost.
