The Chief, Queen mother and the entire people of Agyempoma are yearning for social amenities.

The above mentioned community is under Upper Denkyira East Municipal headed by Hon Ebenezer Forson Appiah as MCE, and Hon Dr Festus Awuah Koffie as the MP but according to Nana Kwame Adunya III, the Chief of Agyempoma and his queen mother Nana Akua Ayensua II, both the MP and the MCE has woefully failed them.

There is a shot way from the Town to Dunkwa but because of it poor stature drivers can’t use it all because they might end up faulting their vehicles.

We don’t have proper road, no light, electricity, water and telecommunication network, and due to that all the government appointees rejected their postings when come and see the situation here said the chief and his people.

“If you are seriously sick especially at night you might end up losing your life due to the current situation we are in here ” some residents told.

“The shot road that link us to Dunkwa is now a footpath so we have to pass through three districts before we get to Dunkwa per narration from some residents to DKMNEWS.NET.

“We normally take motorcycles from here (Agyempoma) to Oppong Valley which is five miles before we board a car to Bogoso and also board a car from Bogoso to Dunkwa so instead spending just GHc30 to Dunkwa, we use almost GHc280 before we get to Dunkwa why?? ” Chief told DKMNEWS.NET.

The Asafoakye of Agyempoma vowed to hesitate any elections if the MP and the MCE failed to honor their request.

Some of the residents also shared their disgust plight by saying they need urgent response to curb this problem.
