SO SAD : BODY OF 7 YEAR KID FOUND IN A POND – DKMNEWS.NET

A seven(7) year old Richard Awuni who got missing yesterday around 4pm has been found dead in a pond at Bassengley near Bibiani in the Bibiani Ahwiaso Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region.

Chairman of Bassengley Electoral Area, Osei Mensah told DKMNEWS.NET , the information reached out to the him that Richard Awuni 7 has missing around 4PM yesterday.

” We search for him on the day he got missing but our effort proved futile but fortunately he was found dead in a pond the next day ” Chairman clarified.

Mother of the deceased told DKMNEWS.NET, his son’s departure is a thing she can’t forget about, because I finished eating with him right only to hear he have gotten missed, and I was told my son was dead the next day.

Father Kofi Awuni of the deceased and Deputy Chairman of Bassengley said he was shocked to hear the death of his beloved son.

The body was retrieved police and sent to Bibiani Government hospital morgue for autopsy and preservation, whiles investigations is ongoing.
