The case between former National Service Personnel of First Atlantic bank, Seyram Adabla and the Chief finance Officer of First Atlantic bank Ernest Niamako receives attention.
Seyram Adabla in her law suit in January noted that the defendant had an agreement to provide for her daily necessities such as paying for her accommodation for three years, buying her a car, giving her a monthly cash of GHS 3,000 and marrying her after he has divorced his wife.
She further added that Ernest Niamako was to give a sum of money to start up her business.
The vehicle became a subject of contention after being registered in the banker’s name. On Tuesday may 16 ,2023, Olivia obeng Presiding Judge of Accra high court ordered that the said vehicle be handed over to the Accra high court until the final conclusion of the case. Also the defendant Ernest Niamako is to submit all documents of the Honda Civic.
Counsel for Ernest Niamako pleaded the court to other the plaintiff for tarnishing his image on all social media platforms through publication. He mentioned that Ms. Adabla was habitual of making publication on Tik toc, instagram and many others.
But Ms. Adabla through her counsel opposed to the allegations noting that publications were done before she fired a law suit.
In her ruling,both parties were ordered by, Justice Obeng Owusu to refrain from posting of videos and pictures on every social media platform which is well capable in prejudice the matter before the final conclusion of the case.
