Tyrone Marghuy, who was denied entry into achimota secondary by school officials due to his dreadlocks is now shameless flaunted by the school as a representative of the school in a National Science and Mathematics Quiz team.
Due to the impeccable knowledge and excellent grades of Tyrone and his academic background, the school had no option but to add him up to spar with other schools in hopes of claiming the first position.
In a social media post made by the school on Friday, June 2, 2023, Tyrone was seen depicting Achimota School’s trial session ahead of the 2023 NSMQ season.
He and protested after the school rejected them, claiming his haircut as a breach of the school conduct policy.
Tyrone being previously involved with the school’s NSMQ squad, was also seen with the group the previous year, which raised additional discussion over his participation.
