According to recent reports a man was arrested for allegedly seeking harmful services from a shrine in Amasaman, Accra, targeting his wife and her family. His alleged intentions included causing harm to his wife, injuring his brother-in-law, and inducing amnesia in his stepson so that he’ll forget about the properties he has established for himself and his mother.
The accused, caught red-handed with a knife and a pot containing a mysterious red substance, stood amidst the sacred precincts of a local shrine. The objects around him were not mere paraphernalia but instruments intended for a grim purpose. Photographs of his wife, his in-law, and his stepson, each marked for a specific curse, laid bare before him. His motives were as clear as they were chilling: to eliminate his wife, incapacitate his in-law, and bewitch his stepson in Canada, rendering the young man oblivious to the properties that were rightfully his.
