Kardashian is well-known for her commitment to fitness, completely transforming her physique over the years. In May 2023, she shared a video on Instagram detailing her rigorous workout routine with her trainer, Don Brooks, also known as Don-A-Matrix. The video showcased her using resistance bands and a Bosu balancing ball to enhance glute and core activation.
Kardashian further divided the workout into quarters, giving guidance for each specific exercise. She utilized the balance ball in various ways to target different parts of her body, including lower abs, knee lifts, and lunges.
“Don does, like, a magic potion on people where he abuses you and then you call him back,” the reality TV personality told the camera. “And then you pay him. I don’t know what special power he does. But this guy is a lunatic, and I keep calling him back.”
Kardashian’s most recent health disclosure is the second open admission she has shared in just one week. During the episode of The Kardashians on Thursday, May 30, she disclosed that her camel toe, named Camille, “vanished” after losing weight.
“I tend to have a larger puss. Like, when I’m fat, it gets fatter. ‘Cause when I was fat, I had Camille. Now that I’ve been skinnier, Camille disappeared,” Kardashian explained to younger sister, Kylie Jenner, during the episode.
