A big part of womanhood is learning to become comfortable with our sexuality,” she shared on the June 10 episode of Lifetime’s Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, “and for years, I wasn’t.” Gypsy admittedly spent a large part of her life questioning her sexuality.

During her teenage years, Gypsy Rose Blanchard was “attracted to girls” but had limited opportunities to explore those feelings until her time in prison. She mentioned, “I got to experiment with that in prison.

I think I’ve kissed more girls than I have guys.” However, due to the rule against masturbation in prison, she didn’t have a strong sex drive while incarcerated. It wasn’t until her release in December that she began embracing her sensuality.

“So, I’m discovering things about myself,” Gypsy continued, cheekily sharing with a laugh, “I’m a freak!”

Gypsy Rose Blanchard mentioned that her estranged husband, Ryan Anderson, played a significant role in making her feel comfortable with herself, especially in terms of intimacy. She expressed her concerns about her scars and attractiveness, to which Ryan reassured her by saying, “It’s OK.” As for Gypsy’s current dating status, let’s delve into a timeline of her life post-release.
