Kanye West and his ex-chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, are both defendants in a lawsuit, according to court documents from TMZ. West is accused of making false promises to pay his employees and making them work long hours while subjecting them to racist comments.

In spring 2024, Kanye West introduced the YZYVSN streaming service app to promote his albums without depending on platforms like Tidal or Spotify. The lawsuit states that after hiring a developer group with Black members and underage teens, the situation worsened.

Yiannopoulos pledged to pay the developer group $120,000 after finishing the app under specific conditions and non-disclosure agreements. Allegedly, they threatened to dismiss the minors who signed “volunteer” agreements and withhold payment if they didn’t comply.
