Ghanaian Gospel musician Diana Asamoah has recently composed a campaign song for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the upcoming 2024 general elections. Diana Asamoah praised Dr. Bawumia for his intelligence and humble nature, stating that these qualities are exactly what the nation needs.
Diana Asamoah believes that Dr. Bawumia’s ability to unite people has created a longing among Ghanaians for him to lead the country and make a meaningful impact on their lives. However, she has not yet officially announced the song to the general public.
“Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is knowledgeable and bold. He is a humble person capable of uniting people. Ghanaians are calling for him because we need him,” this is an excerpt of the lyrics of the song.
That’s right! Dr. Bawumia will be running against John Dramani Mahama, who is the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), as well as other candidates in the December 7 polls. It will be an interesting and competitive election.
