GNPC IN TROUBLE FOR BREACH OF PROCUREMENT LAW – DKMNEWS.NET

The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, GNPC has been referred to the Attorney General and Minister for Justice for actions to be taken against it for breaching the Procurement law.

The infraction was contained in the Auditor General’s report.

The GNPC, however, says it disagrees with the findings of the Auditor General. This was disclosed when GNPC took its turn at the Public Accounts Committee Sittings in Parliament.
