I will be disowned by my mother if I support my helpless father

Kumawood actor, Komfo Kologe has revealed that his mother has threatened to disown him if he establishes a relationship with his estranged father.

Speaking in an interview with Deloris Frimpong-Manso on the Delay show which shows on TV3 every Sunday, the actor said although he maintains communication with his father, he does not fully take care of his needs and provisions.

Addressing their relationship, Komfo Kologe stated, “He didn’t take care of us, but my father is still around, and we talk. However, if he expected me to fully support him, I don’t.”

The popular actor indicated that whenever his father reaches out, he often claims that it is not his fault instead of fully apologizing but Komfo Kologe has advised him to resolve the issue with his mother.

“In fact, Anytime he calls me, he suggests in his conversations that it’s not entirely his fault  for ditching my mum and my siblings but I’ve told him that I’m also a father so he should settle that matter with my mother and ask for forgiveness,” he shared
