Ja Rule  the American rapper and producer with his wife along with their team, have finally made their appearance in Ghana. They arrived on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, to start the construction of a classroom block at Nuaso Anglican Primary School. It’s amazing to hear that they are partnering with Pencils of Promise for this project. It’s great to see celebrities getting involved in such meaningful initiatives.

Ja Rule revealed his plans to visit Ghana in a tweet on X. Besides breaking ground for constructing a classroom block, he also took the opportunity to tour the historic Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park & Mausoleum in Accra he clearly seemed to enjoy the tour as his tour guide shows him around.

The Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Mausoleum in Accra is where Ghana’s first President and Africanist, Kwame Nkrumah, is laid to rest. The park also features a museum with rare artifacts that tell the story of Ghana’s independence. Visitors can take tours to learn more about the struggle for independence in Sub-Saharan Africa.
