Joe Budden recently discussed the case developments after Lanez’s legal team presented an affidavit from Smith, who stated he witnessed the shooting but was prevented from testifying in the 2022 trial by the prosecution.
According to Joe Budden, during his podcast, Jauquan Smith stated he saw Kelsey Harris holding a gun during the altercation with Megan. Smith mentioned that Lanez tried to disarm Harris but did not witness who shot Megan.
