Rapper Edem, has faced charges at Kaneshie District Court for allegedly hitting a woman on George Walker Bush Highway. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. last Saturday.
The woman, aged 40, passed away despite being taken to the Police Hospital for treatment.
Edem, charged with careless driving and causing harm, was granted GH¢50,000 bail with two sureties.
His plea was not taken, and he is scheduled to reappear on February 15, 2024, before the court presided over by Nana Abena Asor Owusu Amenyo and was charged with two counts of careless and inconsiderate driving and negligently causing harm.
