The nominees were revealed by actors Bisola Aiyeola, Adjetey Anang, Jasmine Olarotimi and Nifemi Lawal on Sunday 16 April 2023 in a ceremony. With a total of categories were open to public voting and the most nomination was earned by Kunle Afolayan’s epic film Anikulapo.
