Tesla cybertruck foundation series offered for $120,000

The Tesla Cybertruck has finally arrived, and people can’t stop talking about it! Despite all the discussions about its unique appearance and build quality, it seems like Tesla is living up to its promise of delivering more than just a handful of vehicles. And here’s the really cool part: there’s a new version called the Foundation Series limited edition that we hadn’t seen before. One lucky Cybertruck reservation holder shared their order screen, and it showed a price tag of $120,000 for this special edition.

The Tesla Cybertruck has created quite a buzz, but there’s been some talk about the price not matching the initial promises. Elon Musk had originally mentioned a starting price of around $40,000, but it looks like the current range-topper, the Cyberbeast, starts at $96,390. That’s quite a difference, right? Even the all-wheel drive version comes with a price tag of $68,690. The more affordable rear-drive model will be available in 2025 for almost $50,000. It seems like Tesla isn’t the only automaker experiencing price changes before a vehicle launch. General Motors also faced a similar situation with the Equinox EV. The more affordable $30,000 model won’t be available at launch, with higher-priced trims coming first. It’s something to keep in mind when considering a purchase.
