President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has made it emphatically clear that, he has no reason to sack his Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta given his sterling performance especially before COVID 19 hit.
“This man (Finance Minister) was able to take us out of IMF and our economy’s growth was spectacular so I don’t see any reason why I should fire him”, Nana Addo said.
He stressed on saying, the way the Finance Minister was able to raise money for his government to launch Free SHS and also Planting for Food and Jobs.
He made it clear that, he (Ken Ofori Atta) is a spectacular minister and he will maintain him till he is out of office.
